Soilutions is hiring full-time compost yard workers to be part of our small but growing team that processes organic materials into healthy, regenerative compost and soils.
As part of the Soilutions team you will work collaboratively with managers and other employees to build, turn, and manage high quality compost piles and soils. This job requires the operation and maintenance of assorted equipment from small engines to front-end loaders. Other tasks include bagging products using a mechanical bagger and stacking pallets, and working with management to monitor quality and maintain high standards.
This is a full-time position. 2+ years machine operating experience preferred.

Position Requirements
Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons and weather
Reliable transportation to workplace
Follow safety protocols; identify and resolve safety concerns
Work both independently and collaboratively

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
